Job summary

Synerise is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to join our Product Team in Warsaw. You will work closely with Product Managers, engineering leads, designers and data scientists to learn the platform from the inside and contribute to discovery, delivery and day-to-day product operations.

You will start with onboarding across the product, join releases and client requests, and gradually take ownership of features and decisions as you prove your strengths.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of SaaS product management, product owner or business analyst experience.
• Ability to describe an end-to-end product you owned and shipped.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product tooling and data-driven decision making.
• Clear communication in Polish and English with engineers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in discovery, delivery and day-to-day product operations.
• Join releases, client requests and planning; learn the platform from within.
• Gradually own features and product decisions as you grow.
• Collaborate with Product, engineering, design and data science teams; engage with clients.
