Job summary

Emporix is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product lifecycle from strategy to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver impactful AI-driven commerce solutions.

You can work from Gliwice or remotely from anywhere in Poland, with monthly visits to the Gliwice office to meet the team and align on priorities. The role requires 5+ years of product management experience and strong cross-functional execution skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management and end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Exceptional collaboration skills bridging product strategy with marketing and engineering teams.
• Strategic thinker with customer-first mindset and strong business impact focus.
• Excellent English communication to executives, technical teams, and customers.
• Willingness to visit Gliwice office about once per month to work with the team.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
