Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a Junior Product Control Analyst to support data integrity and general ledger reconciliation across the Finance team. You will analyze information, determine appropriate procedures, and escalate issues with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.

The role offers a hybrid work model (up to 2 days at home per week) with a competitive base salary and a broad benefits package. Strong Excel skills and FX knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations and reconciling currency balances.
• Familiarity with FX instruments (spot, forward, swaps), exchange rates and currency conversions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).

Responsibilities

• Analyze information and make recommendations based on data.
• Select the best pre-defined procedure to resolve issues and seek guidance when necessary.
• Escalate anomalies and issues in an efficient and timely manner.
• Appropriately assess risk and ensure compliance while supporting data integrity and GL reconciliation.
