Job summary

Jobtailor in Katowice seeks a motivated student or recent graduate to support project and portfolio coordination within the CSS scope. You will collect data, prepare reports and dashboards, and help with meeting materials while applying AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and attention to detail, with hands-on exposure to Power BI, Power Automate and Copilot. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated in business, economics, management, data analytics, IT or related fields.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Outlook.
• Interest in AI, automation, data and technology-enabled consulting; prior AI experience is not required.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions and develop practical AI fluency responsibly.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Excellent communication and proactive learning mindset.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and data validation capabilities.
• Experience from university projects, student orgs, internships involving teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support project and portfolio coordination within the assigned CSS scope, tracking actions, milestones, risks, dependencies and status updates.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting materials and project documentation using templates and standards.
• Collect, validate and organize data; perform basic analysis and translate findings into concise observations.
• Support meetings by preparing agendas, capturing decisions and actions, and following up with owners.
• Conduct desk research and summarize information relevant to project delivery or capability development.
• Identify repetitive activities where approved AI and automation tools could improve efficiency.
• Use AI responsibly to support research, drafting, summarization and prototyping, while validating outputs.
• Build effective working relationships with CSS team members and stakeholders.
• Communicate progress and request support when priorities or data are unclear.
• Focus on accuracy and quality of deliverables and responsible tool use.
• Participate in onboarding, teaming workshops and AI-900 learning paths.

• Participate fully in onboarding, teaming workshops, buddy and counselor sessions, internal CV and interview workshops, the Consulting Challenge Lab and the AI-900 learning path.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor’s or Master’s program; relevant fields may include business, economics, management, project management, data analytics, information systems, technology or a related discipline.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Outlook.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, data and technology-enabled consulting; prior specialist AI experience is not required.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, ask questions and develop practical AI fluency in a responsible way.
• Ability to work as part of a team, communicate clearly and contribute to a collaborative consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• Fluent English communication - both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to validate information before sharing outputs.
• Good organization capabilities, self-discipline and ability to follow defined processes and documentation standards.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, with curiosity about AI, automation and data-driven ways of working.
• Experience from a university project, student organization, volunteering, internship or part-time role involving teamwork, research, coordination, reporting, data or client service.
• Basic exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot or another AI-enabled productivity tool.
• Familiarity with project management principles, agile ways of working, process improvement or an additional European language is desirable.
