Coloplast in Szczecin is seeking an organized B2B Sales Support specialist to join our Business Centre. You will primarily handle daily order processing for end-users, prepare reimbursement documents and prescriptions, issue invoices to payors and customers, and manage data in our CRM system.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders on various projects, build positive relationships, and benefit from an international environment with a Scandinavian culture, hybrid/onsite options,

About the department

Our B2B Sales Support teams are responsible for close contact with significant B2B Healthcare Customers such as hospitals, private clinics, medical institutions, pharmacies, distributors and sales representatives. We stay close to the Customers because as the department we are mainly responsible for processing their orders and entering their data into our systems.

You will be mainly responsible for:
