Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day interactions with clients, helping to respond to operational requests.
  • Work alongside experienced team members to understand client requirements and expectations.
  • Assist in coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Help translate client needs into clear internal tasks and follow up on progress.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across Operations, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Contribute to resolving client queries related to data, delivery timelines, or quality.
  • Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and client calls.
  • Support quality checks and ensure outputs meet expected standards.

About the role

As a Junior Operations Client Partner, you will start your career in a role that combines client interaction, project coordination, and data-driven problem solving.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually develop your ability to support client projects, understand business needs, and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions.

What you will do
