Job summary

Lidl Polska is seeking a Junior Operational Logistics Expert in Poland. The role focuses on monitoring costs and KPIs, supporting projects, and coordinating between the head office and the warehouse. The candidate should have a degree in economics or logistics and a practical mindset for logistics work.

Strong English (B2) and experience in logistics, plus proficiency with MS Office, are required. Nice-to-have skills include SAP/EWM knowledge and German (B1).

Qualifications

• First experience in logistics is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide external warehouse support in operational/technical matters.

Due to the development of our company we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Junior Operational Logistics Expert

Tasks:

• Monitoring and reporting of costs and control key performance indicators of a shipping warehouse
• Planning, support and implementation of operational, strategic or system projects
• External warehouse support in operational and technical matters
• Implementation of new warehouse processes
• interface between the head office and the contacts in the shipping warehouse

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferred directions: Economics, Logistics
• Knowledge of English language at a minimum level B2
• First experience in the field of logistics
• Dynamic and pragmatic person with hands on mentality and stress resistance
• Knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Google sheets)

Nice to have:

• First experience in E-Commerce logistics
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP/EWM or other warehouse management tools
• Ability to speak German at B1 level
