Swarovski is seeking a Junior Order-To-Cash Accountant with Spanish to join our Global Business Services team in Poland. You will reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and support monthly closings in a diverse, global environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, system integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work in a hybrid setting with flexible options, contributing to a globally recognizable brand that values innovation and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with Spanish preferred.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• Experience in accounting, finance, administration, or similar area is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Responsabilités

• Reconcile customer and transitory accounts, including cash and credit card transactions.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies with Retail Stores and Finance teams.
• Monitor and reconcile daily payment transactions and resolve inconsistencies.
• Perform data integrity checks and system validations for financial processes.
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with policies.
