Infotree Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Junior MyP&O Operations Analyst (Dutch & English) to join the HR Operations team on a part-time, 6-month contract.

You will provide HR operational support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners across an international organization. You will handle HR inquiries, guide users through HR systems, and help deliver an outstanding employee experience while maintaining high service standards, with a hybrid working model and GDPR-compliant data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Communications.
• 1+ year HR or customer support experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HR inquiries via ticketing systems and provide timely resolutions.
• Support employees and managers in using Workday and ServiceNow.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting SLA and CSAT targets.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and GDPR-compliant data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex HR cases.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business, or Communications).

• 1+ year of HR or customer support experience (Shared Services experience is a plus).

• Fluency in Dutch and English.

• Familiarity with HR processes and systems (Workday and ServiceNow are an advantage).

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with discretion.
