Job summary

X-FLOW, a mobile game development company, is looking for a Junior Motion Designer to join our marketing creative team in Warszawa. You’ll work with Creative Producers, Designers, and other Motion Designers to craft engaging video ads, animations, and visual content for paid social, following existing concepts and guidelines.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid motion design foundation who wants to grow their skills on real marketing projects within a collaborative, creative environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Motion Design or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of timing, composition, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion design skills.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, and video ads for paid social and ad networks following concepts and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers to develop and refine visual concepts.
• Adapt and export assets per technical requirements of different ad networks and production workflows.
