Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support pre-implementation activities such as workshops and business process mapping.
• Assist in application configuration and data preparation for Dynamics 365.
• Prepare user instructions, training materials and documentation for end-users.
• Support training sessions and act as I/II tier of support.
• Collaborate with consultants on client projects and internal teams.
