Job summary

EY GDS Poland invites applications for the NextGen Talent Internship as Junior IT Consultant focusing on Microsoft Dynamics. You will gain hands-on experience with pre-implementation analysis, configuration, and end-user training.

The paid, full-time internship lasts 3 months, combines office-based collaboration in Katowice with remote work, and includes structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to real client projects within EY's global network.

Qualifications

• Interest in Microsoft Dynamics consulting and AI skills development.
• Willingness to learn Microsoft Tech Stack and enterprise software.
• Ability to document processes and create user guides.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-implementation activities (workshops, business analysis, process mapping).
• Assist in application configuration per documentation.
• Prepare end-user documentation, instructions and training materials.
• Assist in delivering trainings.
• Operate as I/II tier of support.
