Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Consultant as a Media & Communication Specialist to manage internal and external communications for clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, satisfaction and business success.

This role is based in Katowice with a 2 days in office / 3 days remote pattern, offering exposure to a global delivery network and diverse brands across EY service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Press Relations, Media or a related field.
• 1+ years of proven experience in managing internal and/or external communications.
• Experience in paid and owned media, campaign planning.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO/AEO.
• Knowledge of tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics.
• Understanding of AI, AI agents, workflows.

Responsibilities

• Writing and editing press releases, web content, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Developing and implementing communication strategies to promote products, services, or organizational initiatives.
• Coordinating with marketing, sales, and public relations teams to strengthen brand reputation.
• Translating complex information into clear, accessible messages for diverse audiences, on different channels
• Monitoring and analyzing communication campaigns to improve effectiveness

The opportunity

We are looking for a passionateMedia & Communication Specialistwho can manage and enhance an organization’s internal and external communications for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage content that drive engagement, customer satisfaction and business success.

Your key responsibilities

• Writing and editing press releases, web content, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Developing and implementing communication strategies to promote products, services, or organizational initiatives.
• Coordinating with marketing, sales, and public relations teams to strengthen brand reputation.
• Translating complex information into clear, accessible messages for diverse audiences, on different channels

To qualify for the role, you must have

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German or French).
• Knowledge of Project Management, Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of media, media planning, media relations.
• Experience in working with implementing new systems.
