Job summary

Genuine Parts Company’s Global Technology Center in Krakow is seeking a PIM Support Engineer to ensure stability of Informatica PIM Product 360 and to dive into data flows, identifying where processes break down.

You will provide 2nd line application support, perform data and database tasks, and contribute to deployment governance while collaborating with cross-functional IT and business teams in Krakow.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve user-reported issues; analyze application logs; troubleshoot data inconsistencies; support integration issues (endpoints, queues, imports/exports).
• Execute SQL queries for issue analysis; perform database indexing and optimization (SQL Server / SSMS); validate repository integrity; identify data quality inconsistencies.
• Refactor configurations for maintainability; optimize workflows and processing time; improve documentation and stability.
• Support controlled deployments (DEV → ACC → PROD); execute deployments under governance; ensure environment consistency; understand DevOps pipelines and release processes.

Position Purpose:

The PIM Support Engineer ensures stability, reliability, and operational continuity of Informatica PIM Product 360. Looking for someone who is curious and likes diving into technology to make sure it is best in class and functioning as expected.

This role focuses on:

Key Responsibilities

Application Support (2nd Line)
