Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Junior Customer Service Specialist to support logistics and complaints for 1P and 1F products in Poland. You will ensure high-quality handling of requests and verify shipment accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will inspect products at the warehouse, document findings with photos, and coordinate with carriers to resolve issues, while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles.
• Ability to work under time pressure and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Handle CX inquiries and validate the status of complaints for 1P and 1F products.
• Physically inspect goods in the warehouse, photograph, verify dimensions and match to offer description.
• Identify damaged packages and coordinate with shipping carriers to resolve delivery issues.
• Review receiving and shipping processes using video surveillance to ensure accuracy.
