Salary: 250 - 350 PLN/day on B2B / Contract of Mandate (it depends on your experience in KYC)

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Project

The KYC (Know Your Customer) initiative is a major project in the financial sector, focusing on verifying the identity of clients to prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activities. It involves collecting and analyzing identifying information—such as legal names, addresses, dates of birth, and government-issued identification—before allowing individuals or entities to open accounts or engage in financial transactions.

Expected competences and knowledge

• At least 1 year of experience in AML/K YC
• Advanced level of English(read, written)
• Good command of Swedish (B2/C1)
• A relevantuniversity degree (e.g. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Administration, Compliance or a related field)
• Analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills on different business levels with ability to build partnership business relations
• Meticulousness, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under time pressureand in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to make decisions based on data analysis
