Job summary

Jit Team is hiring for a KYC/AML specialist to support a major financial sector project. The role involves verifying client identities to prevent fraud and money laundering, working in an international environment with daily English usage, and benefiting from a Scandinavian-inspired work culture focused on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in AML/KYC.
• Advanced level of English (read, written).
• Good command of Swedish (B2/C1).
• A relevant university degree (e.g. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Administration, Compliance or a related field).
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills on different business levels with ability to build partnership relations.
• Meticulousness, responsibility, and accuracy.

Job description

Salary:

250 - 350 PLN/day on B2B / Contract of Mandate (it depends on your experience in KYC)

Work model:

elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Project

The KYC (Know Your Customer) initiative is a major project in the financial sector, focusing on verifying the identity of clients to prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activities. It involves collecting and analyzing identifying information—such as legal names, addresses, dates of birth, and government-issued identification—before allowing individuals or entities to open accounts or engage in financial transactions.

Expected competences and knowledge
