Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and help solve issues related to software and hardware via ticketing, email, meetings, and phone.
• Analyze issues, ask the right questions, and support troubleshooting step by step.
• Resolve basic support cases or escalate more complex issues to higher levels.
• Track issues from first contact to resolution and ensure timely follow-up.
• Onboard customers and guide them through using our products.
