Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Junior IT Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment with a range of cutting‑edge technologies to ensure the smooth operation of our hardware and software infrastructure. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, possesses strong research skills, and has excellent team cooperation and interpersonal skills. A readiness to work in an agile environment and adapt quickly to changing demands will also be key to your success in this role. If you are passionate about solving technical challenges and have experience with tools like Microsoft 365, Azure, PowerShell and more this is the role for you!

Job Responsibilities
  • Responding to support tickets
  • Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
  • Setting up computers for new employees
  • Deploying software, preparing software packages
  • Working on internal policies (security, asset management, MS 365, antivirus, etc.)
  • Creating and managing global domain policies
  • Configuring network devices
  • Creating scripts (mostly PowerShell)
  • Enforce the IT security policy, creating training and phishing campaigns for end users
  • Administering hardware and software procurement
Required Qualifications and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Technical education background or equivalent experience
  • English (minimum B2/C1)
  • Advanced level knowledge of the Microsoft Windows/Microsoft 365 environment
  • IT security and data privacy principles
  • Knowledge of computer networks (CCNA level preferably)
  • Experience with computer hardware maintenance
