Solidgate is seeking a Junior HR Specialist to support the full people experience — from onboarding to performance, development, and engagement — and grow into owning it.

You’ll help deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners, support the performance review cycle, structure People Management processes, coordinate L&D activities, and assist team leads with talent development and career growth, while contributing to employer branding.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Genuine interest in building a career in HR end-to-end.
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
• Ownership mindset and a high level of responsibility.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach — you like things organised and chaos-free.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• English level B2 or higher.
