Solidgate is seeking an Administrative Manager to lead the Warsaw hub and drive its formation as the international base for teams across Europe. You will set up processes, shape the employee experience, and ensure seamless day-one readiness.

In this role you’ll own growth initiatives, enable autonomy, and collaborate with colleagues across Europe, while delivering events, travel, and cost management with leadership support.

About the Role

We're looking for an Administrative Manager to become the driving force behind Solidgate's Warsaw hub — our international home base for teams across Europe.

This role is about launching a new hub: setting up processes, shaping the experience, and making sure the space hits the ground running from day one.
