We are looking for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees in a dynamic production environment. In this role, you will support a broad range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and HR projects.

Supporting line managers in leading and developing their teams and creating highly preforming organization, including workforce planning, leadership skills development, performance management and change management;
Guide/train managers and employees on the correct use of HR tools, on understanding and complying with HR practices, processes and policies;
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership effectiveness, employee development, and people matters;
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, participation in various HR projects;
Ensure the quality of data in HR tools / systems and manage HR reporting;
Liaison/interface with HR Operations on payroll & personal file administration issues and follow up on key escalation;
Supporting production managers in effective onboarding of new hires, active participation in Campus employer branding activities;
Support coordination of training activities on site;

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus;
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR field, proven experience partnering with business leaders;
Proactivity, good analytical skills and attention to details are required;
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation are required;
Good knowledge of Excel, experience with Workday is considered a plus;
English level B2 and fluency in Polish language are mandatory.
