Hitachi Energy Poland SP. Z O.O. is seeking an HR professional for our Łódź campus to support managers and employees in a dynamic production environment. You will contribute to recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and HR projects, helping to build a high‑performing culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least 2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Polish and English (B2). Experience with Excel and Workday is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience.
• Proactivity, strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Support line managers in leading and developing teams, including workforce planning and performance management.
• Guide managers and employees on HR practices and policies.
• Provide coaching on leadership, employee development, and people matters.
• Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
• Ensure data quality in HR tools and HR reporting; liaise with HR Operations on payroll and personnel files.
• Assist with onboarding of new hires and campus employer branding activities.
• Coordinate on-site training programs and development initiatives.
