Sabre Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an accounting/finance support professional to join our Financial Accounting shared service team in Kraków.

You will prepare and post routine monthly journal entries in SAP for US GAAP and local GAAP, and assist with month-end close routines, intercompany data and payroll reclassifications. Responsibilities include balance sheet reconciliations in BlackLine, supporting EMEA statutory reporting and audits, and assisting with VAT/CIT tax compliance, while

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in an accounting or finance support role (GL/AP/AR).
• Basic understanding of core accounting principles and routine transactions.
• Practical Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Communicative English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and post routine monthly journal entries in SAP for US GAAP and local GAAP reporting.
• Assist with month-end close routines by preparing schedules with FP&A and tax.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations in BlackLine and investigate variances under senior guidance.
• Support EMEA statutory reporting and annual audits by preparing required financial statement data and audit samples.
• Assist with EMEA tax compliance (VAT, CIT) by gathering data and preparing schedules.
• Maintain supporting documentation for internal controls to ensure adherence to policies and SOX standards.
• Support core transactional processes (AP, AR, GL) by liaising with internal units and outsourced teams.
• Fulfill routine data requests for FP&A, tax, and auditors.
