Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in an accounting or finance support role (GL/AP/AR).
• Basic understanding of core accounting principles and routine transactions.
• Practical Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Communicative English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and post routine monthly journal entries in SAP (accruals, prepayments, intercompany, payroll, and reclassifications) for US GAAP and local GAAP reporting.
• Assist with month-end close routines by preparing schedules (accruals, amortizations, intercompany data) in coordination with FP&A and tax.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances under senior guidance.
• Support EMEA statutory reporting and annual audits by preparing required financial statement data and audit packages.
• Assist with EMEA tax compliance (VAT, CIT) by gathering data and preparing schedules.
• Maintain supporting documentation for internal controls in line with SOX and company policies.
• Support core transactional processes (AP, AR, GL) by liaising between internal units and outsourcing teams.
