Job summary

JLL is seeking a Junior GL Accountant for the JBS business line in Warsaw. You will handle daily accounting activities, month-end close, and GL reconciliations while coordinating with AP/AR and other departments. The role involves bank statement entries and supporting audits.

Hybrid work environment at Warsaw Spire, with opportunities for development within SSC/BPO structures and exposure to cross-country finance teams.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge is required.
• Excellent MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
• Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting activities and month-end close.
• Post journals and verify data accuracy.
• Book bank statements (manual entries).
• Prepare monthly GL account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, C2B, IC and other departments.
• Support local finance with necessary information.
• Assist country finance teams on special projects.
• Support the audit process when required.
