Job summary

Bain & Company in Warsaw is seeking a Junior General Accountant (Coordinator, General Accounting) to join the EMEA Finance team in our Global Business Services hub. You’ll own month-end tasks, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet analyses while collaborating with senior colleagues across London and other EMEA offices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 2–3 years of accounting experience including General Ledger, strong Excel skills, and fluent

• 2-3 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year of General Ledger.
