Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Warsaw is seeking a (Jr) Business Analyst to deliver research, analysis, and market intelligence for financial institutions. You will build tools and databases to drive client decisions, with a hybrid work option to balance office and remote priority.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Banking, Economics, Finance or Accounting, strong Excel modeling skills, and proven research experience in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Polish and English is required.
