Job summary

Tidio is seeking a Junior Financial Controller in Poland with remote-first flexibility. You will work in a small finance team, budgeting, modeling, and delivering analyses to guide strategic decisions in our SaaS AI-powered customer service platform.

You will collaborate with the Financial Controller and Head of Finance, participate in monthly reports to C-levels, and help optimize cost structures while supporting cross-functional teams with clear financial insights.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a finance role.
• Advanced English language skills (at least B2).
• Proactive, methodical, hands-on approach with strong ownership.
• Ability to propose ideas and optimize processes.
• Adaptability to change and willingness to adjust direction.
• Experience in SaaS or consulting/audit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in budgeting and assist in building financial models.
• Analyse actual performance vs budget and prepare management reports.
• Attend monthly meetings with C-Levels and present analyses.
• Recommend actions from data and perform comparative analyses.
• Monitor cost controls and optimize spend.
• Manage apps spend with a focus on LLMs.
• Coordinate document acceptance and payments with the accounting team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to explain cost variances.
• Provide ad hoc reporting to stakeholders.
