The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Economics, at least 3 years of experience, and strong Excel skills, with fluency in Polish and English. The position is permanent and full‑time, with standard hours and remote options.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Economics or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and delivering timely financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly closing activities.
• Analyze business performance metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with departments to implement cost‑saving initiatives, monitor progress, and report on realized benefits.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to operational teams, offering guidance and financial expertise to drive business objectives and improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses to support business cases, investment appraisals, and management requests.
• Take part in various projects as needed, contributing expertise to enhance business performance and strategic outcomes.
