Job summary

Stagwell Media Digital Commerce is seeking a strategic thinker with experience in e-commerce, content and digital strategy to help leading FMCG brands grow across E-retail, Marketplaces, Brand.com, Social and Paid Media.

You will translate data and insights into client-ready deliverables, collaborate with Client Service, Creative, UX and Research teams, and present your work to internal and client audiences while thriving in a fast-paced hybrid Warsaw or Poznań setting.

Qualifications

• Early experience in strategy, e-commerce, digital or content roles.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Clear communicator with client-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to content strategies and guidelines for FMCG brands across digital channels.
• Support global content frameworks, toolkits and playbooks.
• Own category research and competitive benchmarking underpinning team advice.
• Translate data, research and insights into client-ready deliverables.
• Collaborate across commerce, content and media for stronger brand performance.
• Present work to internal teams and contribute to client presentations.
