Kraft Heinz is seeking a Junior Category Finance and RGM Manager to drive financial performance for Pudliszki and Heinz brands. You will translate complex models into actionable commercial recommendations and partner with marketing, sales, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities include managing category P&L, owning RGM strategy, optimizing pricing and product positioning, and evaluating promo ROI within a FMCG context.

Qualificações

• University degree in Finance or related fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance or Category Management in FMCG.
• Commercially focused with a good understanding of key consumer metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage category P&L and implement top/bottom line improvements.
• Own the RGM strategy based on pricing, portfolio architecture, product & customer mix, promo management, and trade spend effectiveness.
• Optimize pricing architecture and product positioning to maximize margin while remaining competitive.
• Evaluate promotional performance (Promo ROI) and shape value‑accretive promotion calendars.
• Partner with Sales and KAMs to improve customer-specific commercial terms and pricing models.
• Gatekeep innovation business cases and category initiatives across annual planning and seasonal activations.
• Build financial acumen across Marketing Team (Brand Build, Category).
• Manage pricing strategy and promo evaluation through insights and tools.
