Accenture Warsaw is seeking a proactive collections professional to manage client receivables and optimize cash flow within a hybrid work setup. You will collaborate with global clients, analyze financial data, and drive timely collections while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong English and Italian language skills, sharp analytical abilities, and excellent communication for B2B client contact.

• Knowledge of English min B2 and Italian min C1 level required (both written and spoken).
• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for contacting Clients via email and phone in a B2B setting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely invoice payments and recover client receivables to prevent overdue balances.
• Oversee cash collection processes to meet client expectations by accelerating receivables turnover, optimizing liquidity, and capturing dispute data for resolution.
• Report on collection activities and present progress in recovering receivables for your portfolio.
• Develop cash flow forecasts, track past‑due performance metrics, and evaluate risks and growth possibilities.
• Cultivate and sustain client partnerships through consistent engagement and delivering exceptional service standards.

Ensure timely invoice payments and recover client receivables to prevent overdue balances.

Oversee cash collection processes to meet client expectations by accelerating receivables turnover, optimizing liquidity, and systematically capturing dispute data for resolution.

Consistently deliver on collection targets and maintain compliance with contractual deadlines across all reporting periods.

Report on collection activities and present progress in recovering receivables for your designated portfolio.

Develop cash flow forecasts, track past‑due performance metrics, and evaluate associated risks and growth possibilities.

Cultivate and sustain client partnerships through consistent engagement and delivering exceptional service standards.
