Accenture is seeking a Life Sciences consultant to design and implement strategies across marketing, R&D, supply chain, and product lifecycle management for top global Life Sciences and Medical Technology clients. You will help reimagine commercial strategies and enable data-driven decisions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe and beyond.

THE WORK

Design and implement solutions in marketing, R&D, supply chain, and product lifecycle management for top global Life Sciences and Medical Technology companies. Help clients reimagine their commercial strategies to scale customer‑relevant engagements and achieve disruptive growth. Support clients in a digital transformation of their key capabilities, embracing challenges as opportunities. Help our clients innovate and grow in biomarkers, in‑vitro diagnostics, lab technology, interventional medicine, biomedical engineering, and medical devices, driven by challenges. Combine Accenture Technology Strategy and Life Sciences industry knowledge to drive demand, strengthen positioning, and accelerate project delivery, dedicated to ongoing improvement and enthusiastic about professional growth.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

• Support commercial strategy engagements including segmentation, positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market planning.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses using public sources and client data to generate clear, decision‑ready insights.
• Design and support initiatives that improve sales and marketing effectiveness, including customer engagement and operating model improvements.
• Develop dashboards and measurement approaches that track performance and enable continuous improvement.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and facilitate alignment across commercial stakeholders.
• Work in cross‑functional teams to connect commercial needs with medical, market access, and technology considerations.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Master's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• At least two years of experience in consulting or in a Life Sciences organization in sales, marketing, brand management, commercial excellence, or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to convert data into insights and recommendations.
• Very good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast‑paced project environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Employment contract (umowa o pracę).
• Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.
• Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large‑scale transformational change.
• Hybrid model: remote work and in‑office, traveling and working closely with Clients in their offices.
• Travel declaration and willingness to work at client locations across Europe and beyond for short or long term is required.
• Work location may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances.
