Ericsson GmbH in Kraków is seeking a Junior C/C++ Software Developer to contribute to LTE/5G projects. You will design features, refactor code, and improve automated testing and CI/CD workflows while creating technical documentation.

The role offers cross-functional collaboration in an international team and an agile environment managed with JIRA. Strong C/C++ knowledge, Linux basics, and English proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Education in Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent.
• Basic to good knowledge of C/C++ programming.
• Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools in daily software development workflow.
• Testing skills knowledge – e.g. GTEST; familiarity with version control (GIT).
• Linux knowledge; strong English communication (min B2).
• Problem solving and analytical skills; teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features across design phases from studies to release and maintenance.
• Code refactoring and adding improvements to the product.
• Develop and improve automated testing, verification and CI/CD workflows.
• Create technical documentation for introduced software changes.
• Work in an international environment with supportive teammates.
• Work in Agile framework (Scrum), projects managed in JIRA.
