Junior Business Service Advisor with Italian

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in resolving issues related to online advertising products and answer all product-related questions.
• Optimize campaigns and promote features to customers.
• Manage account activation, optimization, campaign management, budgeting, troubleshooting, and keyword queries.
• Handle complaints, fraud, and account hijacking issues.
• Process billing and payments.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian (minimum C1 level), with excellent communication skills.
• Previous B2B experience is an asset.
• Ability to understand current client processes and needs, and resolve queries efficiently.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and support multiple communication channels.
