Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Junior Billing Analyst to support billing processes for Amadeus markets. You will apply financial and analytical skills to manage billing activities, resolve customer billing queries, and collaborate with colleagues, customers, and partners across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Some internship, academic, or work experience in billing, finance, or accounting.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
• Strong English with around C1 level; German knowledge (B1) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Motivated, proactive and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute billing activities for Amadeus products and services.
• Analyze and resolve customer billing and financial queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure accurate billing operations.
• Support continuous improvement and implement new billing requirements.
• Contribute to local and international projects aimed at process enhancement.
