Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Revenue Management Associate with French to support Contract Fulfilment and Billing activities across Europe. You will help ensure accurate contract transcription, ordering and invoicing processes while coordinating with customers, partners and internal teams.

The role involves managing accounts, maintaining invoices in portals like Chorus, and driving improvements in contract fulfilment, ordering and billing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong command of French, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable with operational processes and detailed information.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoy collaborating with different teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Autonomous within defined processes while knowing when to involve more senior colleagues.
• Well-organized and able to manage priorities across different activities.
• Experience with billing, contract fulfilment or order management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Contract Fulfilment and Billing teams for European region.
• Manage contract transcription and ordering activities.
• Administer customer accounts on invoice portals and provide user support.
• Upload and maintain invoice documentation in Chorus.
• Manage selected accounts end-to-end from contract analysis to billing information.
• Collaborate with colleagues on ordering and billing activities.
• Act as a business partner for internal teams, management and customers on ordering topics.
• Identify and help resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of fulfilment, ordering and billing processes.
