Job summary

Swarovski, a global leader in crystal and design, seeks a Junior B2C Client Service Specialist to support Retail Stores across Central Europe, Turkey and Greece. You’ll handle SAP workflows, orders, invoicing, and stock activities while driving a high level of service quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for administrative queries from Retail Stores across Central Europe, Turkey, and Greece (e.g. SAP, FIORI, parcels, stock, returns, invoices).
• Manage orders in SAP, including entry and backorder processing for samples, events, and materials.
• Perform invoicing activities, audits, and operational controls.
• Support stock adjustments, transfers, write-offs, and inventory activities.
• Guide Retail Stores on systems and processes; coordinate product deliveries, returns and transfers.
• Assist in setup and maintenance of promotional campaigns; prepare operational reports.

About the Job

In this position, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing first-level support for administrative queries from Retail Stores across Central Europe, Turkey, and Greece (e.g. queries related to systems such as EPOS and FIORI, missing or damaged parcels and POS materials, product availability, stock movements, returns, invoices, etc.)
• Managing orders in SAP, including order entry and backorder processing, for samples, PR events, visual merchandising materials, packaging, and spare parts
• Performing invoicing activities, audits, and operational controls
• Supporting stock adjustments, transfers, write-offs, and other inventory-related activities
• Providing guidance and support on systems, processes, and operational activities for Retail Stores
• Coordinating operational activities related to product deliveries, returns, and transfers
• Supporting the setup and maintenance of promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives
• Preparing recurring and ad hoc operational reports

About You

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach
• Fluent English required
• Working experience in SAP system is a plus
• Experience in Retail Operations, Sales Operations, Client Service, Supply Chain is a plus
• Microsoft Excel is an advantage
