Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a PLC commissioning specialist to support testing and startup of advanced logistics centers and warehouse automation systems. You will work with modern PLC solutions and gain hands-on experience in real commissioning processes from the start, collaborating with an international team.

Role includes traveling to client sites, developing in industrial automation and intralogistics, and contributing to system startups while learning through practical project work.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with PLC systems.
• Very good command of English (B2).
• Polish language fluent and residing in Poland.
• Willingness to travel ~70% including to the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Testing and commissioning transport systems and sorters.
• Checking I/O signals and network communication.
• Analyzing documentation and ensuring conformity to standards.
• Diagnosing issues and making corrections in PLC (Allen-Bradley).
• Calibrating sensors, scanners, and detection elements.
• Participating in Go-Live testing and startup phases.

Do you have initial experience with PLC systems? Join the team implementing projects related to commissioning some of the most advanced logistics centers and warehouse automation systems. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience working with modern solutions used by global clients. This role is for those who want to develop in the field of industrial automation, value project work, and want to be involved in real commissioning processes from the start. Every project is a chance to learn, collaborate with an international team, and see the results of your work during system startups.

Your tasks

• Testing and commissioning transport systems and sorters
• Checking I/O signals and network communication
• Analyzing documentation and ensuring everything operates according to standards
• Diagnosing issues and making corrections in PLC (Allen-Bradley)
• Calibrating sensors, scanners, and detection elements
• Participating in the testing phase before operational launch (Go-Live)

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with PLC systems
• Willingness to travel for business about 70% of the year, including to the USA, Canada, and Mexico
• Knowledge of PLC technologies, including Allen-Bradley
• Interest in industrial automation and intralogistics systems
• Ability to analyze technical documentation
• Very good command of English, minimum B2 level
• Required to reside in Poland and fluent Polish language skills
• Possession of a valid passport
• Category B driving license
