Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a (Junior) AR Accountant in Szczecin to handle Cash Application for selected entities. You will book incoming/outgoing bank transactions and ensure bank balances reconcile with statements, while supporting month-end closings and associated reporting.

Responsibilities include cash allocations, resolving discrepancies, and daily liaison with customers and stakeholders. AFinance-related degree and Excel experience are valued, with opportunities for growth in an international,

Qualifications

Good written and verbal English skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economy, Business Management or similar.
Practical experience in Excel.
Data entry skills.
Desire and ability to build subject matter expertise across various areas.
Developed critical thinking skills; an ability to gain and apply knowledge.
Good interpersonal skills.
Internal drive for improvements.

Responsibilities

Booking bank statements and allocating incoming payments.
Resolving discrepancies on cash allocation.
Bank and petty cash reconciliation.
Month-end closing activities and reconciliation reporting.
Daily contact with customers and business stakeholders.
Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate internal and external audits.
Support month-end closing processes.
