Job summary

HR Inclusion Sp. z o.o. in Szczecin is seeking a Junior Accountant / Accounting Specialist to join an international logistics partner. Responsibilities will include handling AP/AR, reconciling balances and supporting month-end closing, with collaboration in English.

The role offers an employment contract or B2B cooperation, with most work from our Szczecin office and occasional remote work after onboarding. Candidates with initial accounting experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, finance or payroll.
• Knowledge of AP and/or AR processes.
• English at least B2 level.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Accuracy, independence and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales invoices (AP/AR).
• Reconcile payments and account balances.
• Support the month-end closing process.

What we are looking for

• Experience in accounting, finance or payroll.

• English at a minimum B2 level.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Accuracy, independence and willingness to learn.
