VML in Warsaw is seeking a proactive project coordinator to support one of our key clients. You’ll manage projects from concept to delivery, coordinate digital assets, campaigns and event materials, and ensure timelines, budgets and quality meet expectations.
As part of an international team, you’ll communicate in English with stakeholders across markets, build strong client relationships, and provide clear status updates during regular calls to keep everyone aligned.
