Job summary

The Product Manager at Stryker Group in Poland will serve as the local market expert for the segment and products, translating customer needs and market trends into actionable product plans and messaging.

You will partner with the Poland commercial team to align strategies, ensure execution across Poland, monitor key metrics, and report insights to leadership to drive portfolio profitability and customer satisfaction across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of marketing experience in medical devices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and set strategic priorities.
• Build deep customer understanding and translate insights into value propositions and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales tools, communication plans, training programs, and marketing materials for commercial success.
• Monitor product performance and key business metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations to leadership and sales teams.
• Support business case development, pricing strategies, product lifecycle management, and obsolescence planning to drive portfolio profitability.
• Leverage clinical and technical expertise to communicate product value and support evidence-generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with customer insights, market intelligence, and MarComm teams to enhance communications and customer satisfaction.
