Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for enterprise applications. You will collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA to build scalable test frameworks and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires 2+ years of test automation experience, Java expertise, and strong knowledge of QA practices and SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Test Automation and related tools.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design automation test strategies, plans, and test cases for integration and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, tools, and environments.
• Execute SQL scripts for data validation and test data preparation.
• Analyze requirements and define effective automated test scenarios.
• Run automated tests, evaluate results, and recommend quality improvements.
• Implement API integrations between testing, defect management, and source control tools.
• Perform risk assessments and communicate key testing risks to stakeholders.
• Monitor and report testing progress, quality metrics, and defect status.
