Job summary

Sii Poland Group is seeking a manual tester to join the team supporting IT solutions for banking processes. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of IT application testing experience, is precise and committed, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Warsaw.

Responsibilities include preparing and executing tests, designing test cases, detecting and reporting defects, collaborating with analysts and developers, verifying functionalities, and preparing test docs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of IT application testing experience.
• Knowledge of the software development process and its stages.
• Experience in designing test cases and test scenarios.
• Knowledge of test and defect management tools (JIRA, Zephyr).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy, systematic approach, and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• English proficiency for technical documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of Polish.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and executing application tests according to business and technical requirements.
• Designing test cases and creating test scenarios.
• Detecting, reporting, and monitoring defects.
• Collaborating with analysts, developers, and other project team members.
• Verifying the correctness of implemented functionalities.
• Participating in test result analysis and preparing test documentation.
