The role offers hybrid work in Poland with opportunities to work remotely and potential international assignments. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Java, solid SQL/JUnit skills, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• 3+ years of experience working through the full software development life cycle.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL and JUnit.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and refine the codebase for performance and reliability.
• Engage with client stakeholders daily to discuss requirements and progress.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to build a scalable platform used by external customers.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle from analysis to support.
