Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Kraków seeks a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale a massive multi-tenant SaaS distributed ecosystem. You will migrate on-prem components to cloud and own end-to-end features in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will work with Node.js/TypeScript, NestJS/Express, and cloud tech across AWS/Azure/GCP, with a strong emphasis on backend and occasional frontend work (React) to deliver complete features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript; hands-on with NestJS or Express.
• Cloud-native experience; event-driven microservices and cloud observability.
• Relational DBs (PostgreSQL), Redis, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Willingness to adopt frontend tech (React) when needed for end-to-end features.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Cloud Transition by building and running multi-tenant SaaS apps.
• Develop highly scalable backend services and distributed systems across Cloud/On-Prem/Edge.
• Write clean, scalable code and uphold high engineering standards.
• Own features end-to-end: design, backend coding, deployment, and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with MSI and D-Fend engineers to accelerate delivery.
