Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Back-End Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable financial services applications using Java and Spring Boot. You will work on payment solutions, RESTful services, and cloud-enabled microservices in a collaborative engineering team.

You will collaborate with product owners and QA in an Agile environment, optimize database access with PostgreSQL, and apply best practices for security, reliability, and performance in AWS deployments.

Formación

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, microservices, RESTful APIs, and modern back-end development principles.
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL including design and query optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based applications.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure back-end services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with the Agile Team to coordinate technical activities and deliver outcomes.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with PostgreSQL databases and AWS services.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, and testable code, with adherence to engineering standards.
