Your Responsibilities
- Provide application support, primarily as part of a 2nd Line Support team.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and change requests.
- Coordinate support activities and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams.
- Supervise and support Junior Specialists in their daily work.
- Participate in both operational support and project-related activities.
- Support release and change management processes.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in application support, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.
- Understanding of software development and delivery processes.
- General knowledge of business processes and enterprise applications.
- Fluency in English.
Technical Requirements
- Good knowledge of relational databases, particularly Oracle.
- Strong SQL/MS SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Experience working with Unix/Linux environments.
- Good knowledge of SharePoint.
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Knowledge of the Documentum platform.
- Familiarity with Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008, and IIS 7.
- Administrative experience with HP ALM / HP Quality Center.
- Expertise in at least one major IT technology area.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Release Management.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
